    Hello, I'm Neelam. I am right here with you.

    I know menopause because I am right in the middle of it myself. Four years ago I started gaining weight without changing anything about my diet or exercise. The insomnia, irritability, and night sweats came soon after.

    Medical school gave me fewer than four hours of menopause training. That wasn't good enough. I went on to get further training through ACLM, Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, and the Menopause Society. What made the biggest difference was talking to people going through the same thing. That is what I want to offer you.
